By placing an order, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided and that the information you submit is accurate. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud or errors in pricing.

All prices are listed in US dollars. We currently ship within the United States only.

4. Custom and Built-to-Order Products

Many of our products are made to order based on your specifications. Because custom items are produced specifically for you, all sales on custom orders are final unless otherwise agreed in writing. Refunds or exchanges on custom orders are handled on a case by case basis and are not guaranteed. If you believe there is a defect or error on our end, contact us at contact@chargedclothing.com and we will work to make it right.

5. Product Request Form and Image Submissions

When you submit images, logos, or design files through our product request form, you represent that you have the right to share those materials and that doing so does not infringe on any third-party intellectual property rights.

By submitting materials, you grant Charged Clothing Co, LLC a limited license to use them solely for the purpose of fulfilling your request. We will not use your submitted images for marketing or any other purpose without your explicit consent.

Submitting a product request does not guarantee availability, pricing, or fulfillment. We will review your request and follow up with you directly, but submission of a form does not constitute a binding order or commitment on our part

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this site, including logos, graphics, text, and design elements, is the property of Charged Clothing Co, LLC or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any site content without our written permission.

7. Shipping

We ship within the United States only. Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or other circumstances outside our control. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier.

8. Returns and Refunds

For non-custom items, please contact us at contact@chargedclothing.com within 14 days of receiving your order if you have an issue. We will review each request individually and respond with next steps. Custom and built-to-order items are not eligible for return unless there is a defect or error on our part.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Charged Clothing Co, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or any products purchased through it. Our total liability for any claim related to a purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for the order in question.
